Sentinel Command collects information necessary to provide our platform services to law enforcement and public safety agencies. This includes: • Agency and organizational information provided during onboarding (agency name, address, contact details) • Personnel data entered by agency administrators (officer names, badge numbers, contact information, employment records) • Platform usage data (login timestamps, feature usage, audit logs) • Technical data (IP addresses, browser type, device identifiers) for security and fraud prevention purposes We do not collect or store sensitive personal information beyond what is required to operate the platform and comply with applicable law.

Information collected through the Sentinel Command platform is used exclusively to: • Provide, operate, and maintain the platform services contracted by your agency • Authenticate users and enforce security policies • Generate audit logs and compliance records as required by your agency's policies • Provide technical support and respond to service requests • Improve platform performance and reliability • Comply with legal obligations We do not sell, rent, or share your agency's data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Sentinel Command employs industry-standard security measures to protect your agency's data: • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher • Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 • Access is controlled through role-based permissions and multi-factor authentication • All access events are logged and auditable • Regular security assessments and penetration testing are conducted • Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 compliant data centers Despite these measures, no system is completely immune to security risks. Agencies are encouraged to follow best practices for credential management and access control.

Sentinel Command retains agency data for the duration of the active service agreement and for a period thereafter as required by applicable law or as specified in your agency's service contract. Upon contract termination, agencies may request export of their data. Data is securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policy and applicable legal requirements.

Sentinel Command may use third-party service providers to support platform operations, including cloud infrastructure, email delivery, and analytics. These providers are contractually bound to process data only as directed by Sentinel Command and in accordance with applicable privacy laws. A list of current sub-processors is available upon request.

Sentinel Command recognizes the sensitive nature of law enforcement operational data. We do not access, review, or use agency operational data (personnel records, incident data, communications) for any purpose other than providing contracted services. Agency administrators retain full control over their data and user access within the platform.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information. Sentinel Command may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to agency administrators via the platform or email. Continued use of the platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
